Jack Rubinstein has been a Member of the Tax Certiorari and Condemnation practice at Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, P.C. since 1993. His office is in Garden City, Long Island, N.Y. Mr. Rubinstein provides a full range of real estate tax assessment services representing his clients in commercial and residential tax assessment reduction proceedings, projecting real estate taxes in connection with the purchase, development and improvement of properties, and advising clients regarding tax exemptions. Mr. Rubinstein has handled hundreds of tax certiorari cases involving both commercial and residential properties. These cases have resulted in substantial refunds. In the area of eminent domain, his representation has helped property owners and tenants obtain damages against county, town and local condemning authorities.
