Max H. Sicherman is an Associate in the firm’s Labor and Employment Law practice in the New York City office of Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, P.C. Mr. Sicherman represents individuals and unions, both locally and nationally, in all aspects of federal and state litigation.
Mr. Sicherman provides general counsel services for public and private sector unions. He regularly advises his clients on a variety of matters, including unfair labor practice charges, employee misconduct issues, and contract negotiations. Mr. Sicherman has experience practicing before the National Labor Relations Board and the New York State Public Employment Relations Board. He has extensive experience appearing on behalf of unions and employees before arbitration tribunals and handling complex employment litigation before the New York State Supreme Court and the Federal Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Prior to joining Meyer Suozzi, Mr. Sicherman served as a Law Clerk for the Communications Workers of America and the New York State United Teachers. He was also a Judicial Intern for the Chambers of Justice Joan A. Madden and worked as a Legal Intern for the New York City Department of Investigation.
