Anne J. Del Casino

Since 1990, Anne J. Del Casino has been Of Counsel to Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, P.C. in the Tax Certiorari and Condemnation Department located in Garden City, Long Island, N.Y. She has negotiated and tried numerous certiorari cases, most notably Commerce Holding Corp. vs. Town of Babylon, in the Court of Appeals, which required assessing jurisdictions to deduct the cost to remedy contamination from the market value of real estate.

Ms. Del Casino is rated “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest level in professional excellence, and she was recognized by Long Island Pulse Magazine in 2010 and 2011 as one of the region’s “Top Legal Eagles”.

Prior to joining Meyer, Suozzi, Ms. Del Casino was a name partner of the firm of Koeppel, Del Casino & Martone, P.C. from 1982 to 1990, and an associate there from 1978.
