Nassau Tax Grievance Filing Extended

There have been so many grievance filings for real estate tax reduction that the County can’t keep up with the volume – so the filing period is extended until April 3, 2023.

Every commercial and residential taxpayer, even tenants paying taxes, should have their new assessment reviewed by an experienced practitioner.

Remember, the Assessor is not your friend.
