Andrew Turro Speaking at the Annual Saratoga Institute on Equine, Racing & Gaming Law Conference

Andrew Turro will speak at Albany Law School’s Government Law Center’s 15th annual Saratoga Institute on Equine, Racing & Gaming Law. The program, organized by the Government Law Center of Albany Law School, is an annual program dedicated to exploring the legal and public policy implications of racing and gaming in New York State and the nation. The conference will be held on Tuesday, August 11 and Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at the Saratoga Hilton in Saratoga Springs.
