Hon Ira B. Warshawsky Speaking at the New York State Bar Association

On March 13th, Judge Warshawsky will be speaking at the New York State Bar Association’s Joint Program of Commercial and Federal Litigation Section and Dispute Resolution Section. He will serve on a panel discussing “The Current State of Play as to the Scope of Electronic Discovery in the Courts and in Arbitration.” This panel will focus on the current rules as to electronic discovery, as applied in the courts and in arbitration. The particular focus will be on both the rules themselves and how they tend to be applied in the courts and in arbitration generally.
