JUSTICE R. BRUCE COZZENS JR. is a New York Supreme Court Justice in Nassau County Supreme Court. Justice Cozzens was elected to the Supreme Court in 1997.
JUSTICE UTE WOLFF LALLY, RET. served as a Justice of the 10th Judicial District of New York in the Nassau County Supreme Court from 1996 to December 31, 2012. Since her retirement, Justice Lally is currently serving as a Judicial Hearing Officer.
JUSTICE EDWARD W. MCCARTY III is a New York Supreme Court Justice in Nassau County Supreme Court. He was elected to the Supreme Court in 1992 and in 2005. Justice McCarty previously served as a Judge in the Nassau County District Court from 1985 to 1990.
JUSTICE EMILY PINES was elected to the New York State Supreme Court for the 10th Judicial District (Nassau and Suffolk Counties) in November, 2001. She previously served as a Judge in the District Court of the 6th Judicial District.
JUSTICE F. DANA WINSLOW is a Supreme Court Justice in Nassau County Supreme Court. Justice Winslow was elected to the Supreme Court in 1997.
MODERATOR - KEVIN SCHLOSSER is a partner in the Garden City office of the law firm of Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, P.C. He serves as the chair of the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution department. Since 1985, Mr. Schlosser has practiced in the areas of civil litigation, including complex commercial litigation and all manner of business and related litigation, in state and federal courts and arbitration tribunals.
