Kevin Schlosser, Shareholder and Chair of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department of Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, P.C. was among the New York State Bar Association panelists to discuss “There Has to be a Better Way: Changing How We Practice to Obtain Professional Satisfaction,” lead by moderator Kim Wolf Price, Attorney, Professional Development and Diversity Officer of Bond, Schoenick & King, PLLC.

The lively discussion, hosted at the NYSBA’s 2023 Commercial and Federal Litigation & Dispute Resolution Sections Joint Spring Meeting, addressed how litigators in all stages of life and practice can benefit from practical, structural and cultural changes in the firm. Offering flexibility, such as work-from-home policies to care for young children or aging parents, will keep more practitioners engaged and productive while promoting workplace integrity and professional satisfaction.

Kevin Schlosser noted: “It is so important these days to provide lawyers with a platform to discuss and address ways of dealing with the stressful sources of life as a litigator.
