On May 27th, Paul Millus will be chairing The Theodore Roosevelt Inn of Court and The New York American Inn of Court’s joint meeting. The title of the presentation is, “Litigation Overload Facing Federal and State Courts-Trying to Stem the Tide” & "What Makes a Great Commercial Court"
A panel of state and federal court judges will address:

“Motions to dismiss under Federal and state court systems –weeding out the wheat from the chaff”
“Expert Discovery and Testimony in State and Federal Courts: Use of Daubert and Frye to Prevent Wasteful Miss-Adventures by So-Called Experts”
