Congratulations to Jennifer Tedisco, winner of the 2024 Judge Bernard S. Meyer Scholarship Award. Ms. Tedisco’s essay “Standing at a Crossroads: An Analysis of the Circuit Split Over ADA Tester Standing” earned her $5,000, administered by the New York Bar Foundation, toward her third year at Albany Law School. Ms. Tedisco stated that the scholarship validates her dedication to advance the cause of disability justice and she will continue to strive for a more inclusive and accessible society.
The scholarship selection committee, which judges the submissions in a blind reading, was comprised of Gioia Gensini, member of The New York Bar Foundation and their Board of Directors and two Meyer Suozzi attorneys, Hon. Randall T. Eng and Hon. Ira B. Warshawsky.
Well done, Ms. Tedisco.
