Newsday quoted A. Thomas Levin in an article titled “Great Neck Estates Development Proposal Hearing Postponed.” The article, published September 15th, discusses the public hearing on a controversial proposal to build a 40-unit apartment building in Great Neck Estates. This project has been delayed until October 13th, so developers can present more information to the village board.
Mr. Levin stated: “the village cannot regulate the manner in which the property is owned. We only get to approve the use of the property.”
