Retired Judge Randall T. Eng (fifth from left), played a key role in honoring young participants during NYC Chinatown’s Veterans Day Parade, organized by the American Legion Lt. B.R. Kimlau Chinese Memorial Post 1291. Judge Eng, past commander of the American Legion post, commended the Navy Midshipmen, Army Cadets, and Coast Guard Cadets by commenting “I see admirals, general officers and a great cohort of leadership. You will defend democracy around the world.” The parade concluded with a wreath-laying ceremony at the Kimlau Memorial Arch, which commemorates veterans of Chinese ancestry.
