Meyer Suozzi Bolsters Personal Injury Practice with Michael Serpico

Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, P.C. is pleased to announce that Michael A. Serpico has joined the firm as an Associate with the Personal Injury Department in the firm’s Garden City, Long Island office.

Mr. Serpico has significant experience in state and federal civil litigation from intake to appeal. He has also secured numerous successful appellate decisions, including Aloise v Saulo, 51 AD3d 829 [2d Dept 2008], Castro v Salem Truck Leasing, Inc., 63 AD3d 1095 [2d Dept 2009], Morreale v 105 Page Homeowners Assn., Inc., 2010 NY Slip Op 08714 [2d Dept 2010], Himmelberger v 40-50 Brighton First Rd. Apts. Corp., 2012 NY Slip Op 02636 [2d Dept 2012], Sorrentini v Netta Realty Group, 2012 NY Slip Op 07608 [1st Dept 2012], Torres v Saint Vincent’s Catholic Med. Ctrs. of N.Y., 2014 NY Slip Op 03256 [2d Dept 2014] and Santoro v Geico, 14 NY Slip Op 03821 [2d Dept 2014].

Prior to joining Meyer Suozzi, Mr. Serpico was the Senior Associate at the Law Office of Everett J. Petersson, P.C., in Brooklyn, New York. Previously, he served as a Judicial Law Extern for The Honorable Doris Ling-Cohan of New York State Supreme Court, who is now a Justice of the Appellate Term, First Department.

Mr. Serpico received his B.A. in Political Science from Baruch College in 2003, and his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2006. He is admitted to practice in New York.
