Donnalynn Darling Weighs in on Full Day Kindergarten Program Debate in Newsday

Donnalynn Darling, Chair of the Firm’s Education Law Practice, voiced her concern over the possible elimination of full day kindergarten programs from Long Island schools in light of recent budget concerns.
