Kevin Schlosser, Chair of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, served as Visiting Professor at Hofstra University School of Law for the Litigation session of the Business Drafting course during the Spring 2008 semester. The course, taught by Professor Eric M. Mencher, is an intense seminar designed to provide Hofstra law students with practical experience in drafting basic business agreements, such as confidentiality agreements, employment agreements, shareholders agreements and stock purchase agreements. Mr. Schlosser's segment focused on how various business agreements can be challenged and voided in litigation. Mr. Schlosser graduated from Hofstra Law School in 1984 with distinction and served as Articles Editor of the Hofstra Law Review. He lectures often at the law school and participates in numerous practical skills programs and courses, including appellate advocacy courses and trial techniques.
