Kevin Schlosser Presents CLE to Suffolk County Bar Association with the Honorable Emily Pines

The Suffolk County Bar Association has presented a three-part CLE series entitled "The CPLR in Everyday Practice." The faculty was a distinguished mix of judges, law secretaries, litigators and adjunct professors of law. In Session Two on April 19, 2012, Meyer Suozzi Member and Chair of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, Kevin Schlosser, presented a program on preliminary injunctions with The Honorable Emily Pines, Commercial Division, Supreme Court, Suffolk County. Justice Pines and Mr. Schlosser presented a mock hearing on an application for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction. The program was well-received by the Association's attendees.
