Kevin Schlosser Presents in First Ever Joint Seminar for Appellate Division Justices

First and Second Department Appellate Division judges held a private program on April 25, 2012 at the Appellate Division in Brooklyn. Speakers at this all-day seminar included judges, law school professors and leading practitioners. Meyer Suozzi Member and Chair of the Firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, Kevin Schlosser, joined other presenters, including a panel with Appellate Division Justices Karla Moskowitz and Leonard B. Austin as well as Justice Timothy S. Driscoll of the Commercial Division, Nassau County in a discussion of updates on Commercial Law, including e-discovery developments, inadvertent waiver of privilege as well as the latest developments on the law of fiduciary duties, including the waiver and release of common law fiduciary duties by contract.
